We develop our teachers through high quality professional development opportunities, including:

  • 20 professional development days, which includes:
    • Four-Day National Network Summit in July
    • Professional Development Institute before school starts
    • School-Based professional development days throughout the year
  • Collaborative planning time with colleagues
  • Individual coaching from Director of Instruction

To differentiate professional development and to support individual growth, every employee creates an Individual Professional Development Plan that is supported and reviewed by the manager. (View a sample Individual Professional Development Plan)

To provide school-wide ongoing professional development, every school creates a Yearlong Professional Development Plan aligned with the schools’ goals. (View a sample Yearlong Professional Development Plan)
