Christina Page

Ms. Page previously served at Perspectives Charter Schools’ Calumet High School of Technology, where she was the Founding Principal and served for the last eight years. During her time as Principal, she received several leadership honors, including an Achievement Award recognizing the highest Math and Reading gains within the network, as measured by ACT's Educational Planning and Assessment System. Ms. Page comes to us with approximately 15 years of experience in education. She began her teaching career through Teach For America teaching at the elementary level in Chicago Public Schools. She also taught Special Education while doing her Principalship Internship through Lewis University. Ms. Page has certifications in School Administration, Short Term Learning Behavior Specialist (PreK-12), and Elementary Education (K-9). She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Temple University as well as a Masters of Education from National Louis University. Ms. Page is dedicated to her scholars and has been a strong advocate for quality education for students in urban communities.
Upper Academy Assistant Principal /DTL

Dana Lucas

Ms. Lucas is the Assistant Principal/Director of Teacher Leadership at Bronzeville Lighthouse Charter School. Last year, she returned to Lighthouse Academies after serving as a Resident Principal at Jose de Diego in the Chicago Public Schools. Previously, she taught at Lighthouse Charter Schools in Gary, Indiana, where she was recognized for leading students to the highest student growth in the network of 21 Lighthouse Schools. Ms. Lucas received her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois, and has a Masters of Teaching and a Masters of Education Administration from Dominican University. She believes that building capacity in teachers through collaboration, high quality feedback, and analysis of student data will have the longest and most substantial impact on student achievement, and is thrilled to be working to improve the quality of education in the community in which she lives.

Erica Ross

Erica Ross graduated from University of Memphis with a Bachelor's in Organizational Leadership and earned her MBA from American InterContinental University with a specialization in Project Management. Before arriving at Bronzeville Ms. Ross worked in education advocacy promoting the improvement of public school education. She currently serves on two non-profit boards one as Board Secretary and the other Director of Operations.
