Rachid Kharchaf

Mr. Kharchaf graduated from Purdue University with a major in Elementary Education and later completed his Masters in Administration at Indiana University. He worked as a fourth grade teacher for three years before becoming an Assistant Principal. He enjoys the challenge of increasing student performance and supporting teachers. He joined the Lighthouse staff in the summer of 2011 and is currently serving as the Principal.

Andrea Granzow

Andrea Graznow
Ms. Granzow is currently in her twelfth year of education and a founding member of Gary Lighthouse Charter School. She has taught kindergarten, first, second, and third grades. Ms. Granzow graduated in 2000 from Indiana University Northwest with a Bachelor's degree in elementary education. She also received her Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration in 2012 from Indiana University Northwest.
