Kim Randall

Mrs. Kim Randall has over 30 years of experience in education. She taught various grade levels and subjects for 25 years before coming to Lighthouse Academies. This is her eighth year with Lighthouse Academies, first as Director of Instruction, then as Principal. Mrs. Randall received a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Ball State University and a Master’s degree from Indiana University/Purdue University. She is committed to serving families and ensuring that all students receive a quality education.

Steven Harrison

Mr. Steven Harrison has previously taught 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade. This is his ninth year at ILCS. Mr. Harrison received a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Ball State University. He holds a Master's degree in Education Administration which will be used when becoming a principal.
Director of Student Services

Valerie Miller

Mrs. Valerie Miller has ten years of experience in education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Ball State University, a Master’s Degree from Walden University in Curriculum and Instruction and has completed the Education Administration Licensure Program from Indiana Wesleyan University. She began her journey as an educator in 2003, as a third grade classroom teacher for Indianapolis Public Schools, then accepted a position as a Reading First Coach. It was during this time that she discovered her joy for designing small group interventions which led her to Lighthouse Academies as Title 1 Coordinator and Director of Student Services. She enjoys working with students, parents and teachers to develop academic and behavior plans to help scholars become successful.
