For students accepted through the Open Lottery, families can complete and turn in enrollment paperwork at these sessions.

Principal

Jamila MacArthur

Jamila MacArthur
Ms. MacArthur grew up in Clinton and Norman, Oklahoma. She joined Teach For America and moved to Los Angeles in 2005 where she taught for four years as an elementary classroom teacher in South Los Angeles. During her teaching commitment at TFA, she also served as a summer Faculty Advisor and Curriculum Coordinator for Grades 3-5. She then served as a Math Intervention Specialist for secondary math teachers and an Instructional Support Director coordinating professional development at KIPP LA. Most recently she served as Assistant Principal at KIPP Los Angeles Preparatory Academy. Ms. MacArthur holds a BA from the University of Oklahoma, an MA in Elementary Education from Loyola Marymount University, and an MA in Educational Administrative Leadership from California State University.
Transition Team Coordinator

Mary Jean O'Malley

Ms. O'Malley grew up in Denver, Colorado and graduated from the University of Denver in 2009, immediately moving to Tulsa as a 2009 Charter Corps Member with Teach For America. She taught 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Honors Language Arts and coordinated the Gifted and Talented Program at Madison Middle School in Tulsa. She is happy to be a part of the Tulsa community and is excited to continue her work in education with Lighthouse Academies of Tulsa.
Assistant Transition Team Coordinator

Angie Schlosser

Ms. Schlosser is a Pennsylvania native and 2009 graduate from Pennsylvania State University. Upon graduation, she joined the 2010 corps of Teach For America in Tulsa, Oklahoma and is currently serving her second year as a pre-kindergarten teacher. She is proud to now call Tulsa home, and is excited to continue closing the achievement gap for the city's youngest children.
