School Leaders

Principal - CPA

Mrs. Ashley Green-Hall

Mrs. Green brings not only 10 plus years of educational experience and dedication, but an authentic love and joy for learning. With a strong background in communication from the University of Toledo and purposeful training in Educational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan’s Principalship program, Mrs. Green is eager to serve the students and stakeholders of Lighthouse East as CPA (High School) Principal. Mrs. Green believes in nurturing the whole child and is hyper-focused on growth. Making sure that children grow academically and socially more and more each year is important to her. She stated. “As a middle school English Language Arts teacher, I was able to reach the sixty students within my cohort, but as a building administrator, I am able to reach all students, and make a bigger impact through showing and sharing best practices with their teachers.” Mrs. Green has high expectations for Lighthouse East CPA. She also knows that without forming the necessary relationships and partnerships, the much needed work cannot be accomplished. She has many plans for the 2018-19 school year and with the help of everyone involved, she cannot wait to roll up her sleeves and get started!
Principal - Middle School

Tyneasha Rogers-Banks

Ms. Banks has been involved in education for over 10 years. Ms. Banks’ educational credentials include her Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Grambling State University and Elementary Education from Calumet College of St. Joseph. Also, she earned two Master’s degrees from Indiana University in Business Administration and Educational Leadership. Currently, she is pursuing her Doctorate in Organizational Leadership at Argosy University. Ms. Banks believes that all children can learn but each learns in a different way and at different rates. She believes that with hard work and perseverance we can touch each child in a special way. Keeping the atmosphere positive is the key to success as well as keeping the lines of communication open among staff, students, and parents. Ms. Banks feels that teamwork is the ultimate way a school can be successful in reaching the goal of helping a child attain his or her full potential. Ms. Banks is a very visible principal and she states that the best part of her job is visiting the students in all areas of the school. She gets to know every student and every student gets to know her. Ms. Banks has been with Indianapolis Lighthouse East since 2017. She is very excited and honored to serve Indianapolis Lighthouse East- Middle School.
