Attention Parents: Records Destruction, June 2019 The Lighthouse Academies of Arkansas will be destroying the unclaimed Special Education records for students who exited Special Education Services in this district between 2013 and 2014 on or after August 31, 2014. Lighthouse Academies will be sending out letters of notification to parents/guardians or former students last known address. If you do not receive a letter and think that you might have records that would be available for claiming, please contact the Special Education Office. PBLCS is a Title I Schoolwide School. The school improvement process system is open for parents and the community to view progress of the school's improvement effort. The system is called INDISTAR. Co-Principal (Grades Kindergarten-3)

Quawana Bryant

Mrs. Bryant was a founding Kindergarten teacher and the Teacher Leader Fellow for the Lower Academy of Pine Bluff Lighthouse Charter School. She has almost a decade of experience as an educator. Prior to joining Lighthouse, Mrs. Bryant was the Curriculum Specialist at the Arkansas Children’s Hospital Child Enrichment Center. She is a graduate of Henderson State University with a degree in Education.
Co-Principal (Grades 4-8)

Renea Smith

Ms. Renea Smith has been a member of the Lighthouse Network since 2014. She has served as the Director of Gifted and Talented & ESL services for the Arkansas Region and as Director of Teacher Leadership for Jacksonville Upper Academy. She has over 8 years of experience in education. Prior to joining Lighthouse, Ms. Smith was the Gifted and Talented Facilitator for Pulaski County Special School District. She is a graduate of University of Arkansas at Little Rock where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Biology along with her Masters of Science in Secondary Education. Ms. Smith also has her Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University.

Ryan Geggiar

Mr. Ryan Geiggar alone with an elite talented, knowledgeable, and caring team of educators stand anxiously awaiting the challenge of providing the best educational opportunity for your scholar. Mr. Geiggar who is a graduate of University of Arkansas Pine Bluff, has devoted his entire life to the care, development and growth of children. He has served the community of Pine Bluff as a youth sport coach, church committee official, mentor, and scholarship advisor. He has spent the last 3 year providing Mental Health and Behavior Health Services to children in all school districted located in Jefferson County. He has promise to devote all of his time an energy to the development of each scholar at Pine Bluff Lighthouse Charter School.
School Operations Manager

Terrie Lee

Mrs. Terrie Lee is the School Operations Manager at PBLCS. She has been with PBLCS since May 2011. Prior to joining the PBLCS team, Terrie was a Human Resources Specialist at Southeast Arkansas College in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Terrie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and her Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University. She strives for excellence and it is exemplified in her work ethic.
